WLC’s track record speaks for itself. Since 2000, WLC has paved the way for investors to profit from lucrative real estate ventures, all near the City of Calgary and its vibrant economy. WLC has five ongoing projects: Avion, Tovero, Eastridge Phase I and II, and Foxcreek. Five of WLC’s projects, Montebello Estates in Central Springbank, West Pointe Phases I, II, III and IV in southwest Airdrie, are complete. In September 2000, David Brezsnyak introduced Westside Land Corporation (WLC) with the vision of creating lucrative real estate opportunities. Brezsnyak embarked on this new business venture with his former business partner and a combined total of more than 32 years experience in land sales and development. Over the last nine years, Westside has introduced 10 projects in the Calgary area, and helped many people grow their financial portfolios through real estate ownership.
Now the sole owner of the company, David continues to build on the solid foundation that is Westside Land Corporation, creating wealth and value for his clients.
